Do you buy cracked or damaged phones?

Yes — answer honestly in the calculator. A failed display, touchscreen, cracked glass or scratches all affect the final price: just pick what matches your device. If it doesn't turn on or has a bigger fault, a technician prices it with you on WhatsApp.

What about carrier-locked phones?

We buy them — your final offer already reflects the carrier lock, whichever carrier the device is locked to. The phone just has to be fully paid off; we can't buy financed devices.

How do I get a price for an older iPhone or another iPad?

Who can sell to us

You must be 18 years or older to sell a device to Cashout Devices. You must be the legal owner of the device, and you will need to show valid government-issued photo ID at the time of sale.

The device must be fully paid off

Every device we buy must be 100% paid off and owned outright: no carrier financing, installment plans, leases, liens, or third-party claims of any kind. The device must not be reported lost or stolen, and it must not be managed by a company's or school's device-management (MDM) system unless you have written authorization from that organization.

Remove your accounts before the sale

Before handing over your device, you must sign out of iCloud, turn off Find My iPhone, remove any activation lock, and remove all of your accounts from the device. We cannot complete a purchase for a device that is still tied to someone else's account.

How quotes and final offers work

Any price shown on this website is an estimate, valid for 72 hours once you contact us. The final offer is set after we inspect the device in person. If the device's actual condition differs from the answers you gave, the offer may be revised. We will always tell you the revised amount first — nothing moves forward until you confirm it. Silence is not acceptance, and you are free to decline and keep your device.

Payment

In person, we pay by cash or Zelle at the meetup, once the inspection is done and you accept the final offer. For mail-in sales, payment is sent by Zelle after we receive and inspect the device, verify your identity, and you accept the final amount. For safety reasons, we do not accept loose, swollen, or damaged batteries.

Limitation of liability

Our service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, the maximum liability of Cashout Devices for any claim connected to a device purchase is the amount we actually paid you for that device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data — please back up your device before selling it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from a sale or from the use of this website will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
